Barber defeated Montana De La Rosa by unanimous verdict at UFC Fight Night 205 held on April 23,2022. Barber was a fighter against Jessica Eye in UFC 276 on July 2 in 2022. She replaced Casey O'Neill. Barber took the fight in a unanimous vote. In addition, this was the last bout of her deal with UFC. Later, in the year, she signed a new deal with the organization. Barber beat Andrea Lee in her last fight on March 25, 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by the majority of a decision.
