Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin (born April 15th 1977) is an American writer, director comedian and podcaster. She also advocates for mental well-being. Her previous job was as journalist for BuzzFeed Video. She left the organization in 2015 and launched her own comedian YouTube channel Just Between Us with Gabe Dunn, a fellow writer. Raskin was born on June 20th, 1989, on the 20th of June in Manhattan, New York, to Jewish family of Jewish descent. She went to her studies at the University of Southern California and received a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree. Jamin Raskin is an American attorney, law professor and politician. She has been the U.S. Representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district from 2017, since she was born on the 13th of December, 1962. The lead prosecutor in Trump's second impeachment trial was also a law school professor. Rep. Jamie Raskin decided not to run for Maryland's vacant Senate seat and will instead be seeking reelection to the House in the hope that to become chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. It is located near Washington, D.C., the 8th district encompasses some of the most affluent inner-ring suburbs, including Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac. Rockville, Silver Spring and others from diverse communities are part of the district. Maryland is among the original thirteen states of America.
